Rumors has it that R&B superstar Ne-yo has been dropped from R&B legend R. Kelly's new tour. Why do you ask? According to R. Kelly's People there was never a signed agreement that Ne-Yo would be on the tour. However.... it seems that R. Kelly is a little scared of being out shined on his own tour.
